Food was great, as it usually is from this location. They accidentally gave my order to the wrong dasher the first time though, causing confusion for all involved, but they did remake it, after realizing they had given it away, so it was a good save on their part. My dasher was great. Cant beat the Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or the Two Tacos for the quality and price compared to other places like Carl's Jr. that want to upcharge each individual item $2-5 higher than what you would pay at in person menu price, just because you're using Door Dash. The medium Chicken Sandwich combo at Carl's was $20 before any taxes, delivery cost, or tip vs. the best Chicken Sandwich Large combo for $14 at Jack's. Stay gold Jack!

The breading on the Cluck Sandwiches wasn't the same! I love this and it seemed to be the panko and on the onion rings too! It lacked flavor! Please use the breading that you usually put on the cluck sandwich that is shown in the photo

They shorted me on items and had unwanted ingredients on others but I was unable to get a refund (for the first time ever) because the app said photos were required for this order and I had already thrown away the items... and I wasn't going to dig them out of the trash just to open them and take photos. I'll remember to ask for the refund as soon as I discover incorrect items now in case the app wants pics again. I assume this was specifically a jack in the box issue (and anywhere else with a higher rate of false refund requests or higher rates of errors preparing orders )

I've ordered a few times from here but this last time was unsatisfying. Hardly any hot sauce on the tacos, barely any cinnamon sugar on the churros and they forgot to put my ranch in the bag.
