The burger was great! The fries were burned, hard, & cold. I usually love the fries but Was disappointed this time. Love the ice at jacks! I Always ask for extra!

I wish I had taken pictures of tonight's meal. it was absolutely delicious. everything was actually so fresh and cooked right. the biscuits Plain Biscuit were the fluffiest I've seen from there. cook taste the fresh oil difference of the fryer.

My fries were completely undrcooked and drenched with oil leaking from fry container....and my tea tasted ruined or old. I usually have no problems with this place but the last 2 times I've had oil leaking from my fry containers. Hope they work on issues at fry station and keep tea freshly made.
