Jack's food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly BUT every time I order food from this restaurant it is never right. something is left out or off without fail. Again, wonderful Food and people are so sweet and polite but attention to detail will lose you some customers...but I'll be back!! LOL

every piece of the order was old, cold and stale. old dry. stale chicken, old dry stale biscuits. half portions of sides, wet, cold unsalted fries. really sub par.

The Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit was VERY crumbly!! It broke into A LOT of pieces, when I picked it up, and the biscuit did NOT have enough eggs or bacon!! Also.. the Big Breakfast Sandwich was NOT toasted, and did NOT have enough eggs ,bacon, or mayo!! I am VERY disappointed!!

Our food (cheeseburger meal, Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich Combo , chocolate Milkshake )was good, neatly packaged, and quickly prepared. The fries were a little stale, but that may have been because of the delivery time. The chocolate shake was very good. I would have given 5 stars if they had added condiments to the bag (set-up, salt, pepper, etc)

The burgers were warm and delicious as was the mashed potatoes and gravy. The biscuits were also delicious oh and the coleslaw was yummy too. Regretfully though the fries were cold and soggy and the chicken fingers were delicious but also not hot or warm and very small. The sauces were delicious 🤤 but I received absolutely no plastic silverware and absolutely no napkins. It was good but could have been great.
