Had to wait a little longer than usual but the Fried Chicken and the sides were absolutely fresh, hot and delicious!!! Told my girlfriend that we will definitely be placing these orders again. Jack's Regular Fried Chicken is so much better than their Chicken Fingers. Great job Jacks!!!

Usually, when I order the Fried Chicken Dinner (3pc.), it is fresh, crispy, and really good. This time, the chicken was not eatable. It was hard, overcooked, and no flavor/seasoning from what I could try. Idk, but whatever happened, this time was not it. The only eatable thing about the whole meal was the mashed potatoes and biscuit( which I didn't eat because I don't like bread)

Odered a family finger pack. This is what showed up. Literally only two fingers. And they carged me $25 for TWO chicken fingers.

This chicken has No spice on it at all... No flavor at all...just fried in flour..Not marinated, No salt or seasonings at All.. there was no color indicating it was seasoned. Blandest chicken I ever had..totally inedible
