Ordered a frappe and looks nothing like the picture. Worst coffee ive ever had tastes like rubbing alcohol def no coffee flavor at all.

We did not get 2 donuts we ordered which assume they were out. Were then swapped with 2 we would not have ordered without any notification. cake donuts were much different then they used to be and dry.

I tend to get addicted to certain foods for quite awhile and Jack's Bavar Filled donuts have been my "go to", for a long time now. I placed my order tonight and ended up getting the rest of the tray! Delish! Thanks Jack's! My hero tonight! lol!! AND got a note in my huge box!!!
