I talk to a Jack's Donuts worker. She was very helpful, given the fact that they didn't have what I originally ordered. I was still satisfied. The donut holes, and the caramel nut rolls were very good.

My doughnut tasted stale. It was not soft. Ive ordered several times. And, it hasn't been like that before .
