The quality of bossam is below aberage. The meat is dry and seems that it was cooked a while ago.
However, the Jokbal is good.

I haven't had gamjatang this good since I left Seoul. I can't emphasize enough how delicious it was. I'm visiting Dallas for one night. My hometown doesn't have many Korean spots. The ones they have are mainly gogi gu ui. I wish I could take this restaurant back home with me.
Not only was it outstandingly delicious, the portion was massive. It ended up being two meals. 5 stars isn't enough. 10 starts aren't enough honestly. LOVED it.
