Mac N' Cheese was very subpar not cheesy at all maybe like 4/10 added the hot sauce that came with and it went to 5.5/10 at best and that was an extra 5$. The chicken sandwich with the Mac and cheese on it was also just ok. Would have loved for it to be more crispy and just a better overall taste for sure. Maybe added some slaw and pickles with it but that would have been extra as well since it wasnt already on my Mac Daddy Sandwich & Spicy Fries. Overall meal 6/10

This chicken did not taste real... the chicken was stretchy and weird textured. The Mac's cheese was weird too!! It was like sticky ... btw I'm African American if that helps, fries were okay, and the special sauce is thousand. I'm stretching that piece of chicken yes that's the chicken !!

I know how beloved these guys' Long Beach location is, but this was abysmal. Salty. Heat improperly distributed, no balance or sweetness to it. Chicken overcooked. Mac and cheese and Cole Slaw dry. Even the Ranch was flavorless.

I ordered the HOT heat level with spicy fries and an extra spicy sauce. No extra Big Sexy Sauce (I was charged for). No seasosning on the fried. No heat on the chicken.
