Food was good and came still frozen and intact. One star taken off for having to substitute one of the items on the order. Thankfully the flavor they substituted it for was good but there needs to be a better way to reach the customer to fix a substitution

I've ordered from them before and never had a problem but I never received the waffle cone and we ordered freeze dryer Skittles they didn't have so when they called and asked if we wanted another topping in replacement we said no and they put sprinkles on it that we didn't want....

The ice cream was amazing as always but I dont recommend trying to door dash I payed extra for express and Jeremiah's took forever to give my dasher the food.
