Ordered 2 sandwiches and got Gargantuan that was perfect. The 2nd XLRoast Beef @ 14.95 was empty dry bread! No Roast Beef! only had cheese and 2 tomato slices on a foot long sandwich! Completely dry, nothing. Tried to send back and did not receive a manager willing to correct the order because " it said no roast beef!) As a worker or manager it should've been a red flag and at the very least texted or got in touch to make sure that's what was ordered. One of my favorite places and I'm so frustrated and 24 hours later have not received any messages emails or calls regarding the situation.
