Despite me calling with a rather common concern (at a VERY late time of night), the one who answered the phone calmly and kindly explained the whole procedure without over explaining, being condescending or being short and curt. I was taken back by the level of kindness the guy on the phone handled my concerns with. Also there was no rushing, but it took him like a while minute to address everything and he was 100% spot on. I would be ordering from them even if they start serving chicken feed for this service that demonstrates they actually care to retain customers. Also it was extremely fast preparation and delivery. I have no idea how they were that efficient!
