Consistently good. Yeah, their prices are higher than Zaxby's. And for good reason... Zaxby's has nothin on Joella's. I will die on that hill. Sauces are fire, and the chicken definitely holds heat if you get up to their scale. Love this place.

The 2 Jumbo Tenders & Waffles were soggy and gristly. The waffles were tough and cold. Im guessing both items were old and not freshly made. Charged $8 for a Cookies & Cream Pie-In-A-Jar but got a small serving size. The small serving of Banana Puddin' we ordered was $3.49. We live close by and thought we would give another try. We won't order again.

This is my new favorite food at Joella's! The cod is crispy and delicious. I get the creamy Mac and Cheese as my side. I encourage everyone to try it!

Words cannot accurately describe how incredible my dinner was tonight. First time trying Joella's and I've got to say, for a chain restaurant this is the only place that their food tastes like it was made with love. Beautiful seasoning and flavor throughout every single thing we ate. Tweener was tastier than Hot but both were absolutely gobsmackingly great. Pickles were thick and crunchy. Banana Puddin' was sweet and filled with nilla waffers! Just like you love it to be. Only thing I wasn't awe struck by were the fries but they are still tastier than most places sad attempts at fries. Still nice and crisp when they got to us and good flavor, just wish they were more salty! Overall, the best thing I've ever doordashed. Rest of the fam agreed. Congrats Joella's you've earned some loyal patrons!!! Btw, 2 Jumbo Tenders and 2 Jumbo Tenders & Waffles ,, chicken soo sooo juicy you could cry. That's all.

Food was awful, cold soggy and zero flavor. Chicken was flavorless, soggy.
Fries were so overdone and no flavor.
The strawberry shortcake was in a small plastic tub, not a jar.
Meal was absolutely trash.
