This was my first time trying Jollibee so I ordered a few different things to try. I really enjoyed the chicken, both original and spicy. The adobo rice was also yummy; you can taste the soy sauce and ginger and I enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes tasted like the rehydrated kind but the gravy was good and helped. Gravy is also really good on the chicken. I was really bummed out by the biscuit that came with the 2pc Chickenjoy w/ Biscuit + 2 Sides and Drink. This biscuit was so dry that when I tried to break a piece off of it, it crumbled and pieces of the dry biscuit went flying everywhere lol. I was really looking forward to a soft and fluffy biscuit but instead got whatever this was lol. Might try again another time I'm feeling lucky enough. The pineapple quencher was delicious and reminds me of agua fresca de piña. I'm pretty that's basically what it is. The Peach Mango Pie was a little bit of a let down since most of the filling leaked from the pastry. The pastry is really good though. The ube dessert pie was really good but there wasn't a prominent ube flavor. It just was a purple colored sweet custard filling. I would order again but maybe not for a while.

First time having Jollibee, we got the Chickenjoy Bucket Treat C. Literally some of the best chicken and sides I've ever had. The peach mango pie could steal my kidney in my sleep if it wanted to.

Hi Jollibee Store Manager Irvine and Assistant Manager Romeo before I came in to your location Sept 2 2023 my Door Dash order was confirmed ready for pick by 12:20 so I arrived at 12:25 PM it was not ready late for 15 minutes before arriving I called to confirm and to create same pickup time ready for my Anniversary Buckets of 3 Spicy and 3 Original as confirm by Phone Cashier when arriving to pay my phone order I noticed the receipt showed incorrctly 3 Spicy and 3 Spicy when one of your staff wearing different crew uniform saw tag named Ron said it out loud if he knew about my order he wouldn't process my orders, how rude, he tried to fix my chicken order to cover wait time for my missing 2 DoorDash 2 pickup orders. I am terribly upset receiving no apology for incorrect chicken no apology delay for my DoorDash Order over 25 minutes late. When I arrived at my next destination to eat with my friends opening all package shocked to find 18 Original the remaining 54 Spicy more upset is 2 Mashed Potatoes Large and one small, for gravy we got 1 small and large why??? The current rectangle boxes are not as good as the original red buckets for packaging especially to keep it hot. We receive only 2 out of 3 Adobo Rice he apparently Ron added extra set of Steamed Rice unacceptable the Pineapple Quencher is the refreshing cold sweet amazing drinks we enjoy it recommend team to use insulated plastic cold cups more durable in holding iced drinks for dine in to go take out environment. Palabok had few sliced eggs for large platter order look to more for family serving size, Jolly Spaghetti is amazing. For Ron his poor non quality customer service mistakes today rush rude attitude Saturday is unprofessional perhaps he is a higher level then his front counter, I am requesting an updated status for his work ethics along with available refund compensation for his bad Saturday mood providing non quality customer service. For Labor Day weekend mix with Anniversary deals Ron's attitude is unacceptable whether or not if I used to eat regularly still known as frequent customer this Saturday incident should not have happen very unprofessional especially if you are possibly a team leader. I am hurt sad it took my orders so long to found out more mistakes when opening my food especially why incorrect Original Chicken and incorrct rice less eggs on Party Platter Palabok not family style. The spicy 3 Pc Chickenjoy w/ 1 Side is a must! I get steamed white rice as my side. Once a month is what I have to hold myself too because I could honestly have this 3x a week. It has to be spicy though. If orginal is what you want then youtube a recipe or get KFC with those biscuits.
