Jules Crust immediately communicated with me regarding a slight change in my order. I actually spoke with the person who was filling my order and he was absolutely fantastic and my food was delivered exactly as I requested and was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend this Jules Thin Crist location!

Jules gave my dasher a non gluten free cookie pack even though I ordered a gluten free pizza and gluten free cookie pack. I have Celiac disease and could never eat a food that contained gluten
I paid for the cookies in advance and was disappointed and concerned and could have gotten very sick.
The pizza was very good, but someone was thoughtless

I am aill trying to understand the hype about this place. Gave it a second try after my first order months ago which was a pizza I compared to eating cardboard. I thought maybe I got a stale batch of dough or maybe because it was delivery, but now 2nd time ordering and same deal (got the Brooklyn this time). Pizza has to be pretty bad for me to not eat it. I even tried to spruce it up a bit with seasonings - its more the texture, cardboard like with a sauce and cheese layer that is wayyyy too sparse, even for a brooklyn pie. Again, not sure what people see in this pizza.

Great food. The Brie and Brie & pear Pie was a nice sweet treat and the Mushroom Medley Pie was tasty too
