Most everything KFC does is great, and I had high hopes for their Mike's Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. Sadly, I was disappointed. The chicken was cooked to perfection, but there was only a tiny corner of it that had been barely touched by the hot honey. It was a plain chicken sandwich. They even forgot the pickles that are part of the sandwich. The bun was problematic—like soft cardboard, which fell apart. Bottom line? KFC needs to coat the chicken with way more Mike's Honey Sauce so you can actually taste it; should remember the pickles (unless the customer doesn't want them); and needs a brioche-style bun for what could be an exceptional sandwich.

the food is trash from kfc on Columbia road just so u know. plenty of people say they don't cook the food well, the seasoning is their own which is not kfc traditional chicken. I ask that u switch to the one on american legion hwy. that location is original.
