the breading on the tenders was really bland and in no way "extra crisp" thin coating barely coated chicken dry. store packed all the hot dishes on top of coleslaw which made the slaw lukewarm and wilted. for the cost of this I expected alot better. really disappointed

For a place where chicken is their business, you would think they would use better chickens rather than anorexic ones. The drum had literally a nibble of meat on it and the wing wasnt much better. The other items in the meal were okay...just very disappointing chicken.

Okay, we're done here, the Chicken on the bone and the biscuits were why even gave 2 stars. The tenders were a NO taste strange. The corn was dehydrated and hard, and the gravy was the dipping size, but didn't matter the potatoes and the gravy had no flavor weird texture. Would not recommend

The bowl had 1 piece of chicken and one of the drinks were wrong . Cheese was not melted what so ever. Kids still ate it but wasn't what I paid for. Giving them a chances. Would rather grt refund if possible. Chicken was not extra friend like asked. So may get a refund or credits
