I specifically requested brown meat for my chicken. I was given 2 pieces of brown meat and the remainder was dry tasteless white meat. Paying attention to what the customer requests is key! I have not ordered from KFC for over a year due to their lack of attention and this confirms why. 7-11 chicken is where it is at, highly recommend them!
