The chicken was as expected. Yum. I really was looking forward to the Peach Mtn Dew!!! I was delivered a Baja blast. Disappointed.

Missing Pieces in My Order! I ordered the 16-piece chicken meal, but when I opened the box, there were only 11 pieces inside. That’s 5 pieces short for a meal I paid for! The chicken itself was decent (crispy and flavorful as usual), but missing nearly a third of my order is unacceptable. I’ve enjoyed KFC before, but this kind of mistake ruins the experience. Hopefully, this was just a one-time error, but I’d advise others to double-check their orders before leaving the store. KFC team, please fix this!

I'm not even sure who bagged my meal this time but they actually deserve a raise. I almost never get the sauces and there they were! everything was there in the sealed bag.

Chicken extremely dry and over cooked. Fries needed viagara. Mashed potatoes scraped from the sides/bottom. Large yellow chunks of gelatinous old mashed infused throughout..especially on top. Inedible. 8 pc. Chicken + 8 pc. Tenders Fill Up . Money down the drain. Chicken tenders cold and soggy. And once again a beverage issue. This time no beverage at all. The Colonel would be rolling in his grave. Sad.
