I don't think their fries will ever look or taste anywhere near good. They always look like they're a week old getting refried for some warmth, so gross it's sickening. The tenders were decent, not flavorful or "extra crispy" like they say, but not too bad. The coleslaw had a hint of some weird...flavor. The biscuit/bread piece and "pepsi" -- it was definitely coke - were the only okay things.

everything was old. chicken was tough and rubbery. biscuits were hard. fries were soggy and chewy. pretty much inedible.

Cold over cooked, this never happens. I always have great food from here. Sad part is ended up in the trash so I am out lunch and $20.

annoyingly won't let me rate the individual items in the tender box. I got Mac n cheese as one if the sides and it straight up smelt like plastic. the tenders themselves were decent and the mash potatoes were pretty good. fries are decent too (def not the best round here tho)
