I am disabled and I order here about 4-5 times a month I call ahead because I can't eat white meat I called ahead and got white meat anyway it wasted my money because I couldn't eat it. other than that they have the best chicken around

I ordered the 4 piece Chicken Dinner it is the worst Chicken I ever bought Hard as a dadgum rock and the bisquit was even harder and it probably would break the window if I threw it.the last time I ordered it was bad this was 90% worse. and for the price I paid they robbed me not once but twice.I will not ever order from them again even if it was the last restaurant on Earth. Kroger , Cracker Barrell you have my buissness from now on KFC YOU SUCK! and you should be ashamed letting food like this leave your restaurant Trash probably would have tasted better than this! the only thing pleasant was the door Dash driver

kfc has totally shrank the sides, chicken was not well taken care of the chicken was shredded and a couple of the pieces were real small. I ly reason I gave two stars was because the flavor was there. the flavor bowl was also done right.

biscuits were dry and hard. potatoes tasted old. gravy was cold. chicken was soggy. the only good thing was the FREE Beverage Bucket, which was very good sweet tea.
