everything arrived, chicken was extra crispy as ordered. we got the thigh and drum 8 pc. Chicken Meal and got the right pieces.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. They don’t typically have what I want to order. Usually they say they can’t do extra crispy or they’ll make my order and completely ignore the fact that I asked for extra crispy. Tonight, they said they didn’t have thighs or wings. But even what they had was unsatisfactory. The chicken and biscuit were dry, hard and not flavorful, as if they had been sitting out all day. They weren’t fresh at all.

Fries were hard, all drinks were terrible. I ordered (2) sweet teas and a tropical passi nfeuit lemonade , they ALL taste like water. (1) order of the saucy nuggets was fully covered in sauce.

The 3 pc. Original Recipe Tenders Box were both missing fries, subbed with a small amount of very old green beans. Chicken was cold, dry, and altogether inedible, which either sat under the heat lamp all day, or were from the previous day. Very disappointed.
