I tried the Crispy Onion Ring Sandwich
Combo this evening. I was disappointed. I don't expect gourmet meals from KFC, but this "sandwich" was soggy and flat, the onion rings were falling apart, and their sauce was not good. They created a sauce for this item I think, then slathered it on with mayo. Forget the sauce + mayo, just get one or the other. It was the reason for the sogginess.
Then, after all that, there were pickles on the bottom. Some people like chicken and pickles, but I think they must all be pregnant women. I will be more discerning if there is a next time, because there was a large portion of chicken in the sandwich and that part was good. My recommendation is customize, customize , customize! I've learned my lesson, I hope I saved you either some $$ or a messy meal.

Over deep-fried chicken, little to no meat, gave the house diarrhea. More expensive for less, They used to have at least 2 sides with all of the buckets but now you pay $30-$40 and don't even get sides. They even made fries and gravy sides when they used to be a part of the buckets. Also I got more fries from my side fries than I did my chicken!?

I was not impressed by the amount of time it took to make two burgers (no meal) the driver was waiting for at least 30 mins so I was not impressed with the wait time but the food was delish when I got it.

Where have some of their menu items gone? The hot wings combo? The double tender sandwich combo? The prices have been jacked up too. Their go-buckets used to be $2.99. Now they are like $8. Food isn't worth the price.
