• DoorDash orderThe bags were not sealed or tamper proof. The tops of the paper bags were not even folded over to close them just left wide open. After my dasher left I looked down and could literally see the Kolaches themselves just sitting there before even picking up the bag. My food was completely exposed when it arrived, and the one kolache I broke open was the wrong Kolache. Also, everything was cold. Was pretty disappointed. Bread feels soft at least but I won't be ordering from here again or eating what was sent.

• DoorDash orderKolache Factory has always been one of my favorites, but today did not add to that positive experience. I added milk to my order as sometimes I crave chocolate milk. They have "Milk" listed with a picture of regular milk, chocolate milk, and I think strawberry milk. It appears that when you check off milk that you would be able to choose your option. It did not. It wouldn't even allow me to add special comments to specify chocolate milk. But it didn't matter because I didn't even receive the milk. Sadly Kolache Factory charged me for the milk (DoorDash refunded me). I also added two bacon and cheese kolaches(my favorite), but instead got sausage and cheese. The egg, potato and cheese kolache lacked seasoning. But, the cinnamon twist was delicious. I certainly won't give up on Kolache Factory because of this one bad experience, but I hope next it's back to their winning ways.

• DoorDash orderThe kolaches had sliced of cheese in them. The cheese choildbe mixed in. This was after i warmed up the food.. the dough was overly soggy in the inside of the kolache.
Also, they did not send my cinnamon roll.
