So good...freshly steamed veggies, hot well separated broth and noodles, try the combo with fresh lemonade and seeet potato fries...it was enough to share or if you are hungry...also the matcha pudding with red bean was delicate but substantial...hard to finish alone after the Ramen!

Love how they prepared the Sapporo Miso Ramen 札幌味噌拉面 by separating the components in neat preportioned amounts, the broth was the perfect level of spicy but some of the toppings (the seaweed especially) were a bit cold and soggy.
The Deep Fried Gyoza Dumplings 炸饺子 had great crunch and flavor, the sauciness made it very different from traditional gyoza but not in a terrible way.
The Pork Bao Buns 刈包 meat and buns coud have been more tender, but the flavor was still good.
Lastly, the Bubble Milk Black Tea 茶霸珍奶was great! Among some of the best I've had delivered. Wasn't overly sweet, could have used more of a "tea" flavor (right now it's kind of watery) but the boba itself was perfect.

A great spot for classic ramen. The popcorn chicken was a standout—crispy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. Ramen was fresh and well-balanced, with a clean, authentic taste. Lovely experience overall.

Their Matcha Crepe Cake / 抹茶千层糕 and Purple Sweet Potato Crepe Cake / 紫薯千层蛋糕 are 11$ a slice, the same price like lady M, but there are just aw, Amazing Lemonade / 酷爽渣渣 is worth than the bot lemonade that you can buy from 7/11, Iced Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar / 黑熊出抹 is super sweet, not  acceptable. Very bad experience.

The (1) Tonkotsu Shouyu Ramen (1)东京豚骨拉面 was very good, fresh and tasty, as were the Shrimp Tempura 天妇罗炸虾 (5pcs). The Vegetable Spring Rolls (5pcs) 炸菜春卷 were decent, but the Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 were a nasty, greasy disaster - almoat like they came from a totally different restaurant. Loses a star for them alone. Other than that, fresh, tasty, and arrived nice and hot.
