I order pretty often from this location and I never really have any major issues with my items, but today I don't know what was up. I usually get the Caramel Crème Brûlée which is delicious, but today it came really really toasted. I get that comes with the territory, but I've had some inconsistencies with the same item, I rarely get it torched correctly, it's either really liquidy or today it came with an intense burnt taste that unfortunately overpowered the caramel. There's only a handful of time it's come torched evenly.
Besides that I decided to branch out and try some other items and I was really excited for the Macarons! I got the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée which I will say was really delicious and I have no complaints about, but as for the macarons, they were extremely dry, crunchy and way smaller than expected for the price :( the flavors I selected weren't all the ones I received either, it's a minor mistake but with all the other factors of this order I'm just really disappointed with the quality.
I do love this store and will continue to purchase, I just wish there was more consistency.

The Chicken la Madeleine used to be my favorite entree here with the creamy mushroom sauce. It must be made differently now because the chicken is dryer and so bland. The chicken in the Chicken Riviera also turned out dry. I used to always love the French Vanilla & Fruit Parfait as well but it looks like it is different too. Not as fresh and tasty as it used to be. Very disappointing.

The French Dip was great, but my crepe was really awful. It was stone cold, while the French Dip was warm; how does that happen? There was about a teaspoon of mushroom gravy included to put with the crepe, which barely covered a corner of the crepe. What is the point of including this? I'll never order this again from your restaurant.
