I've had every Mexican restaurant within 10 miles of here. This is easily the freshest and best tasting. My only critique would be to give a larger portion of Chips & Salsa. It wasn't quite enough salsa. Otherwise, perfection.

Ordered nachos, yucca and churros. Everything was fantastic. The nachos were very messy but absolutely delicious. The yucca with avocado lime dip and churros with honey were also delicious. Have plenty leftovers for tomorrow's dinner too.

Yall when I tell you this place is the REAL DEAL, believe me. The El Chavo Plantain Sandwich is so so, good - amazing portion, fresh and flavorful, and don't get me started on the Churros (3) . Best I've ever had and I've had a LOT. Also that honey with it??? Chefs kiss. It's impossible to not see that these were made with love and so refreshing to have a place like this in RVA. Keep it up yall, you just got yourself a lifetime regular!

I haven't even ate the food yet, but the fact that y'all only gave me six pieces of yuca and a whole yuca cost less three dollars and yield 3x this really ain't it for 6.99. i'm really appreciative that you have a jackfruit bowl though. The avocado lime sauce is on the acidic side
