Liberty Taco is THE BEST! The portions are very generous especially for the price - you won't find a skimpy taco here. I appreciate all the fish taco offerings since I don't eat meat - the Baja shrimp and Cajun taco are my favorites.

So I ordered the 3 Barbacoa and didn't get what I expected. I received 1 taco however the name says 3. I took that to mean 3 tacos for 7 bucks. The taco was good though but wasn't enough. The chips are fine and the guacamole was really good. my order was $19.00. Definitely not enough food for that price but good.

Quesadilla was good, with large shrimp inside. But they packed my two cold drinks on in with my hot food... The breakfast tacos did not have much cheese and were dry, don't know if they used butter when cooking eggs. Cheese dip was thick and cheesy
