They have DEFINITELY changed the recipe for the crust and sauce. It's more similar to a pan crust taste; it is phenomenal along with the price point!

the puzza yook 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to. Pizza was honestly disgusting. the bottom was not fully cooked. there was at least a pound of cheese on the pizza if not more. It was so soggy from this. Then I had 7 pepperoni on the pizza. Overall, was the worst experience I have had.

I order from this location at least 10 times a month, ngl I love pizza, plus it makes meals easier for work reasons. Quality has been slipping over the last 2 months, pizza isnt even cut all the way. So I can pick up the whole pizza by the end of a single crust. Next time it happens im just gonna start getting Papa John's on Floyd, instead. Sure it's more expensive, but ive never had that type of issue there.

the Crazy Combo® [Crazy Bread® & Crazy Sauce®] was very doughy. the Thin Crust Pepperoni was burnt and over cooked to hard for my kids to eat. and the ExtraMostBestest® Pepperoni was cooked right. The Pepperoni Crazy Puffs® didn't taste right at all under cooked and the cheese didn't even melt. I'm not going to lie I love some lil Caesars and hands I would give y'all a 5 if these things are fixed
