I was just passing through Burbank yesterday and had a craving for banh mi and was happy to find Lotus. While i love having pork belly on mine I loved the char flavor on their BBQ pork, all the veggies and bread were very fresh and it was delicious. I will definitely be stopping there again!

The pho broth is very good, but the portions were so tiny. Barely any meat and the steak was pre-cooked, not rare. There was only one small bag of bean sprouts to spread between two identical orders of pho and it wasn't enough

The Chicken Pho I got was really good. Perfect salt levels, fresh sides, and the chicken wasnt too tough. I've passed by this place for years and am regretting not trying it sooner

The beef rice bowl was god but I truly love the spring rolls so much ,i got Charbroiled Pork Springrolls (2 Pieces) and iwas so satisfied i will be ordering again. Tastes fresh and amazing!
