Everything on the menu is delicious. Always ready very quickly. Favorite items are the Jersey Shore with sausage, Turkey Club (HUGE), and Reuben, but you really can't go wrong. Don't sleep on the cookies.

Recently moved back to the area & was excited to see LAL on DoorDash! Even if you aren't a vegan, their sandwiches taste absolutely incredible! I always get the Italian, and it's consistently great. Everything is always so fresh, you know that a lot of care went into the food (they make their own vegan meat!). Sandwiches are the perfect portion size - just enough to fill you up! Cant wait to go back for a My Cousin Vinny

Jersey Shore sandwich with sausage was amazing! Delicious, filling and flavorful, with melty cheese on my multigrain bread option. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Oh, and the Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookie was so yummy for dessert!!

This place is the bomb. Moving out of state this weekend and my girlfriend and I are completely heartbroken that we won't be able to get LAL. It has become such a staple in our lives for lazy day meals, as well as stocking up on their delicious house-made ingredients for our own recipes. The best place for herbivores in the area, hands-down.
