The salad had very fresh ingredients, crisp lettuce and loaded with chicken. only one little cup of dressing. the waffle was soft and delicious. It was late night and I ordered an extra 2 tenders and they gave me an extra 4 tenders!

My only complaint is a restaurant still using styrofoam containers in 2025...we all know they're horrible for the environment, but they also make the food soggier than it should be. Still, excellent chicken and fries though!

Dont waste your money. 13$ for 6 tenders with shake-n-bake on it. Didnt even come with a drink or fries. It's a nightmare to get to and park for. Just go to Popeyes or canes spend way less money and get far more of better food. Only way to rectify would be a refund.

Okay so this is the third time I am ordering from this location and this time I tried the actual chicken wings.
It's very clear that these are the heavy lifters. Decent size by today' standards and cooked to perfection. Tight crisp on the skin but juicy chicken that seems almost ready to burst when you bite into it.
I got the Hot Honey Garlic and while it wasn't as spicy as I would have expected it was delicious and made an already great bite that much better. I usually get ranch with all of my wings regardless because I love ranch but I felt like these were fine as-is.
If you're gonna order anything from this place, get the wings. I'd rate them higher if I could.

Salads were good, felt mayhaps a touch overpriced, or perhaps could use like half a boiled egg or some croutons, just felt like they were missing a little something.
They were fresh too, you know how you order salads from places you sort of roll the dice on whether you're getting brown lettuce but this go around I was happy to see that it looked plenty clean and green.
Onion rings were great, nothing to say other than they find a way to keep them crispy in the weird box they use to deliver them in and I won't ask any questions I'll just appreciate they weren't soggy.
This redeems the last order I hate with them where I was sent the wrong item. We all have bad days, and Mad Chicken makes good enough food to where I can forgive that.
