Everything I have eaten here has been awesome. The Beijing Noodles with Soybean Paste are a fave, as are the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings (6), garlic fried noodles, Shanxi Shaved Noodle Soup and fried rice. The noodles are hand pulled and everything is made to order.

Everything was fantastic and portioned perfectly, vegetables fresh and crispy! The only thing I was slightly bummed by was the portion of the Beef Short Rib, there was only like 3 pieces of actual meat and the rest was bone. Otherwise, I loved everything. Couldn stop devouring it. Which is why in the pictures I gave , it's only half of it.

Side Braised Pork was excellent and complimented the Shanxi Oil Splash Noodles well! Shanxi noodles itself was great and a lot eat by 1pp. I'm delicious happy and currently in a food coma while writing this review. Only con was that I have taken the order back home (and got stuck in traffic) so noodles got clumpy and hard to mix with the oil and chili sauce when I finally ate it!

The Garlic Chicken Fried Noodles were the perfect texture, and the portion size is generous, but not inappropriately so. The Cumin Beef Sandwich (or mutton?) is something ive slept on for years but now im getting one every time i order.
My only wish is that they had Sesame Balls for dessert. That would be fresh.

I ordered 2 orders of Beef Short Rib . from the look of the photo, I figured it would make a good dinner, which came to 35.00 with the fees and tip. I received 2 very small foam storage. the ribs were quite black, from overlooking. and the picture makes them look maybe a little smaller than 1/4th inch thick, we'll they were closer to razor thin. I finished them all in about 5 minutes and sitting here hungry for dinner. And they are VERY salty. I know the Short Ribs are a starter, but they really need to post a more realistic picture. I heard the food is great here, but it isn't the Short Ribs. now I have to get some dinner.
