From a fellow West Indian, the food was great. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars is because of portion sizes. I paid almost 10 extra for additional sides of plantain and cabbage and literally got a spoonful of cabbage and 4 pieces of plantain put on top my entree. Either give more proportionate to the price or reduce the cost of the additional sides.

Legitimately amazing, like a hug from your grandmother. You can tell this food has been refined over time by a family and you can’t fake that. Large plates and plenty of options. Recommend the curry goat or jerk chicken.

the rice was hard and tasted burnt the cabbage tasted burnt as well. it's hard to believe this is a jamaica spot because the lady that runs it is extremely sweet and I love her attitude. I don't know I keep ordering from her cause one I love jamacia food, and I'm hoping it gets better.

I've had all of the dishes my favorite is the fried chicken with white rice and curry gravy and the jerk chicken. I also love the banana porridge it was delicious. Miss Shelli and Amanda are so sweet and caring they always take care of my family when we go in to purchase anything.

Mandees kitchen is amazing! I have a sensitive stomach, and Shellane made sure I was well taken care of AND well fed!
It's hard to find good authentic Jamaican food, especially someone who caters your meal to you!
If you're lucky, the owner will be there to yell at you and give you the true Jamaican restaurant experience!
