Every time I decide to order pizza from this place, it's because the pizza is VERY good. However, customer service is extremely lacking. There's always a delay of some sort in getting my order fulfilled. This time, they had made one of the pizzas wrong, so they were making another correctly, but the 2nd pizza was just sitting out, getting cold. They seem to not have a warmer or heat lamps? Never an apology. They're seemingly not trained to apologize for inconveniences or delays. Up your CS game, Marcos, because your pizza is actually very good.

The Deluxe thin crust pizza was hot, fresh, delicious and made to order. Their thin crust is super light & crispy! Their 2 liter drinks are delivered icy cold.
