Family owned food truck proudly serving the valley since 2000. First opened in Le Grand, CA and now finally expanding and serving Merced.
Honestly hands down, their food never disappoints. The Torta Vaquera to die for! Perfect flavors and the grilled onions top it off! Amazed how perfect. 10/10 recommend. The Burrito Supreme bomb, so filling and again they can cook! Perfect flavors. Ima a fat girl so I ate half and half (: I'll be back for some tacos! And to try more on their menu!!! Everyone must try! Hurry up.

This place takes the win.. I found a place better than any other taco truck located in merced!
The food is so mouth watering and the carne is so delicious.. The carnitas are so juicy and the asada is amazing!!

Grew up in Le grand eating Marcos Tacos and I've never had a place be so consistent with the quality of their food and the taste
Its always fresh meat, rice and beans + the best tasting salsa around

Excellent as always! Marcos is the only place that puts avocado on everything with a sid of tasty grilled onion. So delicious!

I know this place is highly rated but te meat flavor was semi salty an the overall torta was sort of bland. Thy should cut the torta in two because is pretty long and not easy tonkepeit all together. There is a lot better in Merced when it comes to food trucks in my opinion.
