It's not overpriced when the food is this good!? Went outta my way to sample a bit of the menu and I can confirm Mason's place has authentic lobster, not imitation and yes the portion is priced accurately. The truth is people just want more of a good thing for less, but I'll glady pay these guys to keep doing it the right way

The Connecticut Roll was good, but small for the price, ditto for the Lobster Bisque which you actually end up adding $5.00 to just to get the 8oz making the price over $11. However the Side Salad was a great size for the price. Gave them 3 stars because everything came packaged well and warm (for the items that should be) and all of it tasted good.

Potato Salad - too naked potato. Not enough "salad" just felt like simple potato pieces and was weirdly sour. Overall 1.5/5
Lobster roll meat was slightly overcooked but still not totally dry. Bread fresh toasted perfectly but a bit soggy because had too much butter. Was not too salty. Extremely fresh. Pretty happy with how much lobster meat was in there - all claw meat. That rocked. Was simple only butter sauce but was kinda drowning too much in butter so overpowered beautiful lobster meat. Overall 4/5.

Clam chowder is watery and bland and comes in a portion about half the size of a regular cup of soup. Way overpriced. I got the classic bar harbor roll and it was definitely good and well seasoned, but again felt overpriced for the portion.

Place is AMAZING best lobster roll ive had anywhere. *Tater Tots solid nice and crispy but not dry. Would add photos but it was gone before I could.
