The burger, nuggets, and fries were all undercook. The burger and nuggets were undercooked to the point of being unsafe to eat

Eveything was packaged nicely food was fresh.. I did ask for no onions on my Qua ter Pounder® with Cheesed but there was alot of onions on it and the ticket said no slivered onions.
