Me entregaron la orden con la ensalada dañada, y el pollo no estaba crispy, sabe a dañado, y está extra caliente todo el Wrap, esto solo lleva caliente el pollo crispy no el etapa completo junto con la ensalada y el queso!!

I have ordered the same meal several times now, within a weeks time. The Western Burger combo and instead of getting what I ordered, I received a dry Burger with cheese, bacon and 2 pickles. No crispy onions, no barbecue sauce. They did not include any sauce whatsoever. I had to use my own condiments at home to eat my dinner that i paid for with my hard earned money. Several times now within a short amount of time this has happened. It is very frustrating. Other than that the rest of the things I ordered were great. Please step it up and remember to pay attention to detail. Once in a very blue moon I could understand. Things happen. I am not one to complain, But several times within a week? It's obviously a qaulity control issue.
