Employee from McDonald's called me, and the espresso machine was down, so for the issue they were having, she replaced my ONE Iced French Vanilla Latte that I had originally ordered with TWO vanilla iced coffees instead. Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure your customer was taken care of! Top notch service!

Although, my order arrived fast. My double cheeseburger was too salty and burnt. Also, they got my drink mixed up. I would take quality over speed any day!
