We order from here frequently and it's usually pretty good! This morning, our dasher had to wait almost an hour for our order due to 3 apple pies. We upped the tip for him for his wait and when we got our order, it was still hot and McDonald's had thrown in a double order of pies for us (for the wait!) We got 6 apple pies instead of 3! Things happen and sometimes it takes longer than usual, but they made up for it and I think that's the hallmark of good customer service! Thanks, McDonald's (and Daryl, our dasher!) :D

Both of these burgers were overcooked, dry and crusty and not up to McD standards. Fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold. Sweet tea was straight sugar water with only a light color and no flavor of tea. Not sure what happened this time around but highly disappointed.

Did not get my coffee or any straws even though 3 drinks were ordered. Also the drinks were not even close to being filled to the top. Do they really think we are this stupid? They cut little costs like this in order to make more record profits and inconvenience customers. Also why is it so expensive??? For my order to be $50 I would expect to get all of what I ordered and for drinks to be filled to the top and get cutlery and straws. Shame on you McDonald's. No wonder no one wants to order from here anymore. No longer a good value, just a plain rip off for poor quality food.
