Absolutely horrible this morning. McMuffin was rock hard, egg and sausage overcooked/burnt. Ordered cookies this morning and they were burnt. Power is out and thought this would be a good alternative but it was an absolute failure.

stale cold food. probably old and the patty had not seasoning. I was missing sauce on one and pickles on another. I've never had my drink missing ice and no napkins... I did have two straws though

I always order sandwiched without cheese. Today someone must have thought it would be funny to sneak a chunk of cheese into the middle of the sandwich making it inedible.
