I was very unsatisfied with my order today. There was NO napkins, only a small order of fries. I ordered a medium size. And no straw for the drink.But, the food did taste good. Just upset me, as I always order the same items.

all 3 orders of fries were cold and stale, definitely can tell they were old. the sandwiches were luke warm at best. the sodas were the only decent things out of the order.

This is the second time I've ordered and they messed it up. My sandwich was completely inedible. And I didnt get an order of fries. What a waste of money. I have never had an issue until recently, someone isnt doing their job well.

We often are missing items from our orders. Today we had 3 meals and only received two drinks and two fries. No straws for the drinks we did receive, no napkins, and 3 sauces for our 3 orders of tenders. Usually I dont leave a review but it's been consistently bad.
