Everything was cold and the driver & store is only few minutes away from my home.
There were no extra added and I PAID for them.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN McDonald's service today.
I live about same distance to this location on 25th & Willow and Del Amo & LB Blvd but this is why I chose to go to Del Amo loc if I'm driving or able to. I prefer the other loc because over the years, I Never have these issues.

I always ask for Strawberry Preserve and always get Grape preserve . Also late the hash browns have been super stiff and not edible .
