I love McDonald's! There are healthier options, but when you want a Big Mac, there aren't many options. I eat it sparingly, but the 13 Cookie Tote is a deal. They are always warm and savory. Today, sadly, my 13 Cookie Tote came without Tote, and only 8 cookies in paper bags. The bags don't bother me as much as being shorted. That is insulting.

The Quarter Pounder with Cheese was so cold and the meat was so over done even my dog wouldn't eat it. The French Fries were stone cold too. The Filet O Fish was the only freshly made item and it was good. The food at this location has gotten very poor needs improvement badly.

My 2 Happy Meals came with the toddler toys and not the 2 Mario Kart toys my kids were expecting. Also did not receive the Med Frozen Dr. Pepper that was ordered. Instead, I received some blue thing. Very, very poor customer service. Utterly disappointing!
