They keep forgetting the Bacon on my Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal 3rd time this has happened and it's unacceptable. They have also regularly refused to give me the ice cream I ordered when I order it!

Forgot the sauces for the 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® but other than that was ok. Caramel Frappe was pretty watery with ice chunks but tasted good.
