The meat on the McRib Extra Value Meal [840-1050 Cals] isn't very well seasoned, and the sandwich would likely be better with a toasted bun and cheese. But for fast food, it's not bad. I liked the addition of onions, since it adds more complexity to the flavour as well as texture.
