In my opinion, MacDonald's food has been simply convenient, generic, mostly tasteless, assembly-line meals served on more street corners than any other restaurant's food. MASS APPEAL: convenience and mass production from nearly every street corner in town. Add their recent shrinkflation and continued tasteless meals, and it's time to make a change for this customer.
