The biscuit was hard as a rock and the Orange juice had had ice in it that melted and was watered down, the hash browns were iced cold and the order was deliveed in 15 mins so this food and Bev had been sitting a long time.

The bacon egg and cheese bagels were inedible, hard as a rock. The big breakfast did not come with syrup. Very disappointing.

After a certain time Sweet Tea is replaced by Coke. It has happened on several different occasions. I didn't order Coke, I ordered Sweet Tea. Also, why offer to customize a burger if everything will still be added? Everything was fresh and hot when I received it though.... just wanted some Sweet Tea :(
