The Double Filet-O-Fish® Meal - fish was partially burnt, tartar sauce was on the outside of the sandwich, sandwich itself was just complete mess!
Fries for ALL meals were only filled about half way.
Straws for drinks were missing, they provided no napkins

The Sausage Portuguese Rice, the rice wasnt cooked cook good. It was half raw so it had a crunch to it.
