Love El Mitote Café. My go to are the Redbull bombs! They have a variety of flavors for those. However the seasonal strawberry cheesecake frappe is my current favorite!

Egg McMuffin is the gold standard of breakfast sandwiches for a reason. For something sweet/savory I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the sausage McGriddle with cheese. If I go with egg on the McGriddle, I always upgrade to the cracked egg, makes all the difference! Maybe a perfect breakfast over all.
